In which countries do you deliver wood pellets?
We deliver wood pellets only in the Netherlands & Belgium*, as of 12-10-2021 we do not ship pallet shipments to Belgium anymore due to transport pressure (we apologize for the inconvenience). We do still deliver packages in Europe

What do you deliver throughout Europe?
Pellet baskets can be delivered throughout Europe for an additional charge.

Payments
For orders in Belgium (paid with MisterCash) we apply a delivery time of 48 hours. Invoice orders must be paid before delivery. Our pellet baskets are always shipped with a free bag of De Lange pellets by parcel service. You will receive a Tracking code from the parcel service after ordering and paying. So you can track your package yourself.

Pellet deliveries
Pellet deliveries are made by truck. Our carrier will notify you by email regarding the ETA (expected arrival time) of the order. The shipment will be delivered to you by truck with a tailgate. You can specify in the order where the pellets can be put down. The driver will deposit the pellets at the desired location (e.g. at or in your barn) provided it is easily accessible with a pallet truck.
