Pellet basket
The pellet basket from Houtpellets Online EU is our own unique design. We have produced this pellet basket from 3 mm thick, high quality steel.
We supply the pellet basket including one fire grid worth €25. The fire grid is placed at the bottom of the basket. The aeration is therefore better and the pellets burn better and more efficiently than any other pellet basket.
The working method of our pellet basket
By means of the pellet basket it is possible to burn wood pellets in the fireplace or wood stove. Using a firelighting cube or fire gel, the pellet basket is easy to ignite.
How many kilograms of pellets go into the pellet basket?
The pellet basket should be filled with approx. 5 kg of wood pellets. In principle, all wood pellets from our product range can be used. Our tip, however, is that the lighter the wood pellets are, the easier the basket will burn.
Burning time of the pellet basket
After igniting the pellet basket, it will burn for about 2 to 3 hours depending on the supply of oxygen in your fireplace.
