Here you can find out how to pay for your order at Houtpellets-Online.EU. You can pay for all your orders using the payment methods below. Do you want your product delivered the next day? Then you need to order before 15:00. Payment is due by 3:00 pm. If your payment via iDeal or fails, you can also transfer the amount by paying the invoice. Should you transfer the money, please notify us by email or phone.

Payment reminder

Why did I receive a payment reminder?
If you have received a payment reminder, then we have not yet received payment from you for (that part of) the order in question. After you pay, it will take a few business days for us to process your payment. Processing time varies by payment method. You can find more information about this under the heading refund periods on invoices.

When will I receive a payment reminder?
You will receive payment reminders on the following installments if you have not yet paid;

  • 1st reminder; 14 calendar days from order date.
  • 2nd reminder; 28 calendar days from order date.

You will receive the first and second payment reminder via email. If the outstanding amount has not been paid after 42 calendar days from the order date, the invoice will be processed by the collection agency.

I have received a payment reminder, but I have already paid
If you have received a payment reminder and you have made the payment more than 5 working days ago on account number NL60RABO0123150078, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. In order to provide you with the fastest possible service, please include the following information:

  • Date of payment
  • The amount paid by you
  • Account number you transferred the amount to
  • The payment reference number that appears on your statement
  • The bank account used by you
  • Name of account holder

I received a payment reminder, but never got my item
If you have not received the item and still received a payment reminder, we kindly ask you to contactour customer service. In order to serve you as quickly as possible, we ask that you always have your order number handy. Using your order number, we can further find out what is going on with your order.

I received a payment reminder, but returned my item
If you have returned an item, the administrative processing will take 5 business days. After this period, the payment obligation lapses. The payment reminder received and the processing of the return may intersect. If you returned the item more than 5 working days ago, please contact our customer service.

You can return most items purchased from us under certain conditions within 14 calendar days. More information about the conditions and the return procedure can be found under the heading returns. If you have received a payment reminder, then you have had the item in your possession for longer than 14 days and returns are no longer possible. The payment obligation then remains and you must pay the invoice.

I’m late in paying, but I just paid. Should I inform you about this?
Your payment will be automatically processed on the respective order if you transfer the payment with the correct payment reference. Therefore, you do not need to notify us of this. Please always allow for processing time of 5 business days. As a result, you may still receive a payment reminder. You can then, of course, consider them unsent.

How can I pay my payment reminder?
You can transfer the outstanding amount to account number NL60RABO0123150078, in the name of J.G. van Dooren B.V. (Houtpellets-Online.EU), stating the invoice number as the payment reference. If you are paying multiple invoices, it is important that you include the appropriate attribute with each invoice.

I accidentally transferred money intended for Houtpellets-Online.EU to the wrong account number, what should I do?
If you know the beneficiary, you can contact the beneficiary yourself. The person who received your transfer can then refund this amount to your account. If you do not know the beneficiary or are unable to recover the amount, please contact your bank. They can then act as mediators. Please note that your invoice is still outstanding and must be paid.

I have paid my invoice, but I see the amount still open in my account
The processing of a payment depends on the selected payment method. Each payment method has a certain processing time. Until the payment is processed within that time frame, the invoice amount will still be open in your account.

How long does it take to process my payment?
Each payment method has a certain processing time. Below is a breakdown of the processing time for each payment method.
Processing time of 5 working days:

  • iDEAL
  • Prepay

Processing time of 10 working days

  • Maestro

Processing time of 3 weeks

  • Creditcard

I would like to have a copy of an invoice, how do I get one?
If you would like a copy of your invoice, please notify us via email. If you send an email with your order number and details to [email protected], we will send you a copy of your invoice via email.

Can I have a copy of an invoice sent to an address other than the billing address previously provided?
If you would like to receive the invoice at a different address after your order, please send an email with your order number, details and the address where the invoice should go to [email protected]. If you would like to pass this on by phone, you can do so by calling +31 252 241251 and discussing it with one of our employees.

Discount codes

What is a discount code?
A discount code, also known as a voucher code, is a code that entitles you to a discount. To qualify for this, you must possess such a code. These codes can be distributed for promotion on the website, Facebook or through the newsletter.

How does the discount code work?
You can enter the promotional code in the shopping cart, in the Discount Code field. Then click “Apply.” The discount will be processed into the order amount and the adjusted total amount will be visible immediately.

Does the discount apply to all items?
This depends on the ongoing promotion. When the discount code is given away, it always states how long it is valid.

Can I use the discount code multiple times?
The code can be used once.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
You are not allowed to use multiple discount codes in one order.

Refund periods

I have returned or cancelled my item, when do I get my money back?
If you paid for your order with iDEAL, you can expect the amount paid to be in your account within 10 working days of the processing date of your return or cancellation. If you paid by credit card, please allow 3 weeks for processing time. If you have used a discount code during the ordering process, the full amount, minus the discount code will be transferred to you. Your discount code has expired after this order and will not be able to be used a 2nd time.

I accidentally transferred money to Houtpellets-Online.EU that was not intended for Houtpellets-Online.EU. What to do.
Amounts that cannot be linked to an order will be refunded to the account number from which the amount originated. If you have not received your money back after 3 weeks, please contact our customer service. In order to provide you with the fastest possible service, please include the following information:

  • Name of account holder
  • Date of payment
  • The amount paid by you
  • Account number you transferred the amount to
  • The payment reference number that appears on your statement
  • The bank account used by you

I accidentally paid double or too much, will I get a refund?
Houtpellets-Online.EU will refund any excess amount paid within 3 weeks. If you have not received your money back after 3 weeks, please contact our customer service.
